看重外籍，大概是希望有張“國際化”的臉面吧，歐美的就困難了，來國內教個英語都要十幾k月薪，做操作工，可能要翻倍才愿意來吧。

我認識得的超過60歲了，經驗和能力都沒問題，但都是基于不同產品，沒有所有產品都精通的全才。
) {& A. ?2 I$ [' u& q5 S8 o以某一類產品為前提，從毛坯到成品，包括刀夾量輔，從工藝到檢測，至少做顧問沒有問題。

謝謝上面，行家扎堆的地方就是不一樣，外籍是客戶要求（個人認為如果英文精通熟悉外企文化且有15年以上機加工經驗那么華人亦可），年薪在70-80萬RMB吧視經驗而定，至于產品嗎可以以TTI的產品為參考，另外要強調一點的是這不是一個管理崗，不需要帶團隊，像樓上所說的更像一個顧問，稍后我把工作描述貼出來

! v6 N+ n5 h. c& ?5 q6 sExpert machining principle specialist in CNC turning, grinding, hobbling and milling process, work closely with Production/MET/PRC project engineering (NPD) teams to validate designs, and ensure the optimal manufacturability, consistency and cost of both new & existing product categories.

Key Responsibilities
•         Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary.
•         Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.

•         Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification.
