1. Technical support and technical training for sales engineers;
7 V7 u( P0 p. a/ M$ H$ E# v$ ^2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
7 x4 i$ l! S5 \! l; H  u4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
' E$ K  H: S" O2 v; `6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
0 N# s5 f2 _: _7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
. C- ~! E4 A, `* W: C8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;

Qualifications Request:
4 ^! L: W* _0 W1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

2.Project Engineer
+ f' `, }' P( q% J/ V+ AResponsibility：
1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
/ G1 D% I/ ]  ^6 \, i2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
1 K) d5 b" _% ^: B& mthe machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
and final acceptance of machine;
$ Z& v2 \: A' E. e5 J  t5 t8 u4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
0 Q9 H" _" h7 k- k3 xservice engineers and customers on grinding technology;
5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
  I% j. t9 s2 n5 fcustomer on the field of tool grinding process;
6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
7. Visit customers for sales support
8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;

1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
% |  q& Y$ }& S5 y: a. |2 yelectrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
% h' K4 S4 E1 G1 H+ m7 `6 `8 W1 c2. 5+ years related working experience;
3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
4. Proved project management skills
# L" g/ W( {. ^5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work
8 S# V% M' w2 k: sindependently;
7 e- g+ N# |  R  z# o" n0 C6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;
7. Average English skills both on written and oral;
8 u* g1 S* V6 U. {6 Y8. Willing to travel regularly (also to Europe);
9. Familiar with office software;
