Job descriptions:
1. Technical support and technical training for sales engineers;
" x6 m0 V1 j* F2. Coordination of machine demos, trainings and in case installations at customers. Grinding tests as well as responsible for a appropriate, fully functional park of machines in the showroom;
: O/ Z4 Q- W/ K6 D; M5 q5 l3. Accomplish calculation of profitability and technical order clarification,
' V# V! C( I7 A7 Z: X$ A4. To execute presentations and support during sales negotiations;
5. Attendance at shows and events in the headquarter;
7 L& d" h+ ?* ~) e6. Collaboration to prepare sales documentation and marketing activities;
7. Shared responsibility for the definition of new products, formulation of product strategies incl. definition of requirement specification / target specification in regard to the Chinese market;
  o8 {8 ?4 h' w! n- |8. Full responsibility in building up local application know how, target 80% solved with local own resources and the remaining 20% shall be achieved with training done by products companies case by case.;

Qualifications Request:
1. Engineering degree, major in machine manufacture or electrical engineering, or comparable education;
2. 10+ years related working experience;
2 A7 N# I9 `' }; Y9 I* C3. Good English skills both on written and oral;
' n$ P* ?) {! w" N4. Willing to travel well as to Europe.

Responsibility：
! h! h' X" j) g. N/ ]5 T$ J* q1. Advanced study and research the grinding technology to
accumulate and enrich the grinding application experience;
2. Support the sales in grinding application, able to demonstrate
* [6 @2 Z4 e: v  F6 D5 Ithe machine in showroom to interested customers and staff;
3. Commissioning of machines at the customer and do pre-acceptance
5 ?3 f8 D! A6 hand final acceptance of machine;
4. Give the internal training to the operators/application eng.,
service engineers and customers on grinding technology;
5. Give support to operators/application eng., service engineers or
customer on the field of tool grinding process;
6 k; }  G/ O; v, D: g6. Document test grinds, create technical documentation;
7. Visit customers for sales support
2 k9 \0 z8 \) R$ v" c) V$ X8. Finish other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Requirements：
1. High school Degree or above, major in machine manufacture or
% N& p6 k9 \$ telectrical engineering is preferred, or similar field experience;
2. 5+ years related working experience;
4 M7 C- x! A/ g# ~" `7 k' L* P3. Basic grinding knowledge recommended;
; L+ a* P; B) ?7 A$ I0 P/ ^4. Proved project management skills
5. Be very organized, self-disciplined, and able to work
/ _1 I" w4 m) |; y" A5 H7 Uindependently;
9 ?# G* b4 K" Z# i6. Good communication skills both on written and oral;

9. Familiar with office software;
