Job Summary工作概要

Edit the equipment management standard and operating process, also edit the equipment maintenance plan and put them into use. Solve the problem and improve the equipment running situation to enhance the reliability of the machine.

制定設備管理標準和操作規程，制定設備保養計劃并實施；解決設備疑難故障，改善設備狀況，提高設備的可靠性和穩定性。

Job Responsibilities崗位職責

1. Develop the certain area equipment management to assure the management system carrying out perfectly. 開展指定區域/領域設備管理工作，確保設備管理體系運轉良好。

2. Organize and edit the equipment management standard and process. Also responsible for the equipment operating edition. Do the equipment maintenance plan and assure the implementation of the plan. 組織制定設備管理標準和程序，牽頭制定設備操作規程，制定設備保養計劃并確保按計劃實施。

3. According to the machine running situation record, make the related improving plan in order to enhance the stability and reliability, also lower the shut down time. 根據設備運行狀態統計表，制定相應的改進計劃，改善設備狀況，提高設備的可靠性和穩定，減少故障停機時間。

4. Do the management of the special equipment according to the government regulation, to accomplish the first/second inspection. Also do the daily inspection. 管理各類特種設備按政府規定完成初檢、復檢，并進行日常監督檢查。

5. Assure the new equipment, especially the special equipment to meet the regulation and standard of the safety, occupational health and fire fighting. 確保新進設備特別是特種設備要符合安全技術、職業衛生、消防等相關規定和技術標準。

6. Choose the proper supplier to assure the best service and products. 選擇合適的供應商以確保提供優良的服務或產品。

Requirements崗位要求

1.Vocational degree or above, mechanical or maintenance or other related major, 10+ years related working experience, 3+ year management working experience. 中專或以上學歷，機械類或者維修類相關專業畢業，相關工作經驗10年以上，其中管理經驗3年以上

2. Sufficient experience of mechanical and electrical experience, capable to solve the machine tool problems. 具有豐富的機械/電氣知識，能分析解決機床設備的故障。（落地鏜銑床、龍門刨銑床、車床、鉆床等設備）

3. Good command of the machine tool's driving construction and electrical control. 熟練掌握機床機械傳動結構/電氣控制。

4. Having the knowledge and experience of the equipment general management. Also capable of editing the equipment management standard and management process. 具有設備綜合管理知識和經驗。能夠制定機床設備管理標準和管理程序

5. Good communicating with other dept and choosing the right supplier with good relationship. 有效進行跨部門交流，能夠正確選擇供應商并保持良好合作關系

6.Control and enhance the team working efficiency and quality. 能控制和提升團隊工作效率和工作質量

7.Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 具有ISO14001 & OHSAS18001意識
