Project Manager (食品飲料行業)  

工作地點：北京亦莊

職責目的Position Objectives:

負責系統工程部項目計劃及執行工作，充分利用項目工具和資源，確保項目以最低的成本順利運行；

In charge of projects plan and execution to ensure projects are implemented successful at lowest cost by fully using all kinds of products tools and resources；

負責系統工程部項目設計及其團隊管理工作，確保為客戶提供優質的解決方案；

Responsible for design of projects and team management by offering excellent problem solving for customers;

主要職責Key Responsibilities;

l負責制定項目計劃及組織實施，協調人員安排

Design projects plan and corresponding personnel resources organization

l協調技術人員、生產人員完成項目任務并對項目及人員管理提出建議

Coordinate engineers and workers to implement projects, circulate management suggestions

l處理項目的內外協調工作，及時調整項目進度。

Coordinate internal and external projects personnel resources and customers, to adjust projects schedule timely

l組織協調相關文件的編制和控制

Organize and coordinate documents design and control

l組織協調系統的現場服務工作

Organize and coordinate front-line system setting and service

l制定部門工作計劃，下達項目計劃和目標，合理安排本部門工作

Institute work plan of PASS China F&C department, assign projects plan and target to team member, arrange all kinds of work of the department

l管理部門設計工作，帶領團隊協助銷售人員進行合同談判的前期準備

Supervise department’s design task, lead the team member to assist sales to prepare contracts’ negotiation documents

l制定部門工作流程，開發適合本部門的標準工作程序并確保正確執行

Set up work flow and standardized work procedure for PASS China F&C department to ensure these procedures are implemented correctly

l組織編制系統標準化工作

Lead the team to work out standardized system

任職資格Position Qualification Requirement：

專業背景和資歷素質Education & Professional Background

, \& P, B  V9 e0 ~7 c, [

lUniversity degree or above, major in food engineering related

相關工作經驗Relevant Experience

l10 years working experience, minimum five years experience with engineering company, and 5 years project management experience.

語言技能Language Skills

Fluent English communication skills

其它要求Other Requirements

Good organization and coordination skills, having the basic knowledge of environment protection and occupational healthy and safety, familiar with methods of environmental factors distinguish and hazardous resources distinguish, integrity and honesty. Skill in AutoCAD and MS office software
