Cimatron 2005年度虧損四百六十萬美元，六年來累計虧損一千五百萬美元， 開發部成本進一步大幅度縮減。

! M  j* n; e2 Q$ rthe trend of falling sales and increasing losses.  Sales for the whole year
were down from $23.2 million in 2004 to $20.9 last year, a drop of 10%, and
  z( b( T9 ]& X' B9 k# T5 Cdown from $6.4 million in Q4 of 2004 to $5.4 million in the last quarter of
6 P! u0 s+ }, x7 w5 R2005, a drop of 15%.  Thus, not only are sales in decline but the rate of
decline is increasing.
4 [6 Q; X- ^1 I' h8 LCimatron's net loss for the year was $4.6 million, of which $1.7 million was
1 n" M) h6 C  K" w8 Aincurred in the final quarter.  This latest result means that Cimatron has
lost more than $15 million since 1999.
5 u+ _/ E% K$ w; x5 YDevelopment expenditure in the final quarter showed a dramatic drop.  After
being about the same as 2004 for the first three quarters, the expenses were
down from $1.6 million in Q4 2004 to only $863,000 in Q4 2005, a reduction
$ B, D7 B) A) ~of over 46%.  In contrast, selling, general and administrative expenses were
" S1 G# o. X1 Sup from $14 million in 2004 to $15.7 million in 2005.
  v( H; E9 ^6 P; L9 kOverall, the value of Cimatron, that is, the value of its assets less the
) m$ M3 Z* t. z- `/ k/ x3 q" C/ Svalue of its liabilities, has fallen from $12.8 million at the end of 2004
' o; J% X$ N3 e4 z# ~- `6 i7 ato $8 million at the end of last year.  At the current rate, the company
