• Participate in Kaizen and project engineering as necessary. ( V9 J# U4 a8 C- x# ^• Identify, prepare and implement improvement opportunities that support optimum production and consistency/ quality levels.3 ^8 l4 s5 ]6 g" g) R# f
• Identify & drive cost improvement opportunities.4 _3 ~+ q1 E5 {2 Z6 F) M* Q
• Work with NPD team to validate designs, performance goals and specification. + U. J7 Z/ W5 H/ P. • College, degree or above education, machining manufacturing focused. * r& V P" u0 _( V" r8 n• Over 15 years work experiences with metal machining.) k1 n d1 ]% p) n$ A0 c3 N
• Proficiency in UG or relevant 3D software. * E6 H. U0 h( G, T+ V! X" p1 ]4 ?% l• Profound knowledge of different equipment structures and maintenance.( S1 v! g: d% j, K+ x+ U0 c
• Be able to tackle quality and technical issues effectively. 7 d9 y7 y% `9 M: @: g7 L• Profound understanding of mechanical components and GD&T (geometry tolerance and dimension tolerance) requirement.
