Job description:

· Be responsible for the design and fabrication of optical-mechanical components, the integration of electro-optical parts into various laser medical systems.

· Establish the infrastructure for manufacturing mechanical parts- machining, plastics injections and also assembly.

· Be involved with the development of advanced laser applications, including precision engineering of optical components and systems. Applications include laser and medical systems.

· The successful applicant will join a growing research and development group activity pursuing new products and thus must be a person who is a team player and who has initiative, willingness to take responsibility for development tasks, and a desire for growth and opportunity across a variety of products.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer from a respected university,MS. or Ph.D. is a plus.

· Knowledge and experience with international companies- medical and optical are preferred.

· Knowledge and experience with mechanical parts manufacturing technologies.

· 3+ years of experience using the design tool AutoCAD, Solid Works or Pro/E.

· Knowledge of conventional manufacturing and fabrication technologies.

· Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with other members of the group and global colleagues.

這個數的薪水沒有任何問題，國內玩光-機-電一體化的非常少，甭聽哪里有什么樣的家伙，有多牛？喊來一問就完全不那么回事，這是一個系統東西，沒有幾個會玩的，有他說的這個水平，那個學歷的，都在自己玩，哪里肯給人家打工？幾乎不可能，

10多年前，阿拉玩激光設備的時候，是廠家把設計包給清華，清華轉給阿拉的，那時國內配件非常少，連反射調節器，鏡頭組件都是出圖紙做的，還包括水冷器，都是非標的，

激光管是找潘教授燒的，他在東三環外面有一個小工作室，幾乎是全能的，管子當時到500瓦，給歐洲訂非標管子，水平可以吧，

光-機-電一體化不好玩，尤其玩新東西，不是找幾個東西攢一下的事情，假如全新的設計，要水平的，

在研發經理手下干活，已有十來個人。這十來個人都很資深，在不同的學科都干了十年左右。
