NSN-SH Thermal Design
Key Responsibilities:
l Achieve solutions to the thermal engineering problems assigned by function managers and detailed by project work packages, work with budgets and effectively communication these solutions with team
l Control the detailed board-level & chassis level thermal simulation including fan and heat sink selection according to company policy.
l Cooperate with category managers, suppliers and other relevant functions to solve technical issues for quality
l Cooperate with mechanical designers according to design rules. Optimize system structure for a well balance.
l Responsible for Acoustics Noise design and Noise test in a Chassis or Rack level
Job Requirements:
l Bachelor/Master of Science (Mechanical Background)
l 5+ years experience taking System-level products successfully from design to production
l Design background in Mechanical and Thermal knowledge
l Expertise in Acoustics noise design in system-level
l Experience with designing for manufacturability, testing and reliability.
l Familiarity with standards for thermal & noise compliance as well as software Flotherm 8.2 & Pro-E etc.
l Fluent written and spoken English.
