摘要：機械粘砂和化學粘砂是熔模鑄件常見的鑄造缺陷之一，它是指在鑄件的表面上牢固地粘結著一層金屬與型殼材料結合物。本文重點闡述熔模鑄件化學粘砂和機械粘砂的外部特征，產生的部位、機理以及主要原因，同時提出了從熔模鑄造的選材、制殼工藝、焙燒工藝、熔煉工藝等方面采取實用、有效的對策，從而提高熔模鑄件的合格率。

本文重點闡述了熔模鑄件鼠尾、凹陷和夾砂的外部特征，產生的部位，產生缺陷的兩種機理；分析了產生缺陷的兩種主要原因；同時提出了應采取的相應對策，即降低型殼在焙燒或澆注時產生的熱應力，提高型殼質量避免分層；以便減少熔模鑄件的鼠尾、凹陷和夾砂缺陷。
